Return unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 7 days of delivery for an exchange/return. You will be issued NA COUPON only for the item(s) you are returning or you can ask for refund. This NA COUPON can be used for a future purchase on Nextskinapparel.com. NA COUPON never expires.

What are the items/services that I cannot return or exchange? Following are our returns/exchange guidelines

  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns/exchanges on briefs/underwear. If these items are returned to Nextskinapparel they will be sent back to you at your expense. Cosmetics, deodorants, hair / skin care products and accessories and sweat absorbing pads cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We won’t accept the return or exchange of gift cards, gift e-cards, or gift boxes.
  • A part of set can’t be returned. All items have to be returned as a complete set in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: This means you cannot return a clearance item due to dislike, quality, sizing, or colour.
  • For the sake of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been laundered, worn, and the tags have been removed. If the item smells of cigarette smoke or body odour. If the item(s) have lotion or body glitter on them or human & animal/pet hair on them. If they have been soiled or stained or have not been returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective.

How can I use my Nextskinapparel Coupon (NA COUPON)

  • Nextskinapparel Coupon (NA coupon) can only be used to buy deals on www.nextskinapparel.com and cannot be redeemed in cash or any other form
  • You need to be logged in to use available NA Coupon sent by e-mail to you.
  • Choose the product to buy
  • On the Order Summary, you will see Enter Coupon, type the coupon code sent to you by e-mail your amount is deducted from the total.
  • Click on proceed to payment/ Complete order to complete the transaction.

 What if we have delivered a wrong/different  product in place of one you have ordered to you and you want to return/exchange it.

 If you received a wrong /different product against the one ordered by you, We assure you, this rarely happens! Even if it happens don’t worry do the following

Step 1: Email us at customercare@nextskinapparel.com or call us at 09458456789 to initiate                   a Reverse Pick-up
Step 2: Put the items in the Nextskinapparel Box along with the original invoice and tags attached.
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and keep it ready for our logistic partner to collect.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at customercare@nextskinapparel.com

Pick-up will be done in 2-4 working days from the time request for pick-up has been raised. If we’re not able to provide pick-up facility in your area, we request you to securely pack the products you wish to return and send the package to this address

Through a reliable courier/speed post and we will add up to Rs.100 NA Coupon to your Nextskinapparel account as courier return charges. Once we receive your courier, we will send the product ordered by you free of cost. If we do not have the product you have ordered, we will issue a NA Coupon to you or you can claim refund. You can use this Coupon to purchase any other product from the website.

What if one/ all of my items is/are defective /DAMAGED?

Contact NEXTSKINAPPAREL Customer Care immediately with your Order # and SKU#If you have received a tampered box or damaged merchandise on 09458456789.Please provide the nature of defect.OUR excellent customer care team will work with you to resolve the problem.Click a photo of the product and e-mail it to us at customercare@nextskinapparel.com . Do give us a call on 09458456789, and if we’re able to provide a pick-up service in your area, we will pick-up the damaged product. If we’re not able to provide pick-up facility in your area, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us amounting up to Rs.100 as NA Coupon. We request you to securely pack the damaged product you wish to return.We recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery.Nextskinapparel is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream.  It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Nextskinapparel that may have been lost in the mail stream. . How is the value of credit calculated?

 The value of your NA COUPON is calculated as value of the item(s) returned minus any Discount Voucher, Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges if applicable. Please allow us up to 10 working days from date we receive for your return shipment to process the NA COUPON. Initial shipping fees is not refundable.

How are returns calculated if multiple items have been bought using a discount voucher?

When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items.

What if I don’t like the product I’ve ordered due to any reason

If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE or COLOR within 7 days of your original purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/colour you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective and should be under our exchange/return policy.Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.You have to send the merchandise at your  expense we will credit NA COUPON to your registered account after  deducting up to Rs.100 shipping cost. Nextskinapparel is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream.  It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Nextskinapparel that may have been lost in the mail stream.

Once we receive your courier, we will issue you a NA COUPON for the value of your returned item minus shipping cost amounting up to Rs.100. Please note we do not have a provision to refund courier charges in case of exchange due to wrong size/wrong colour /wrong product ordered. You can buy same/different product with your NA COUPON from our website.

Can I cancel an order ?

Please call the NEXTSKINAPPAREL Customer Care Team ASAP. If your order has not left our warehouse, we will give our best efforts to locate the package and make any necessary changes. If the order has already shipped, or cannot be located in the shipping containers, NEXTSKINAPPAREL will not be responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.

Why was my return package refused by NEXTSKINAPPAREL and returned to me?

  • Past the Standard 7 day Return/Exchange Policy
  • An ineligible return item  (please see not eligible for return list)
  • Unable to accept due to condition of item.
  • Not in original packaging
  • A clearance / discounted item

How will I know NEXTSKINAPPAREL received my return or exchange?

  • NEXTSKINAPPAREL will email you when your exchange or return has been processed. The email is sent to the email address on the order.

Do I have to pay for the shipping cost for DAMAGED/DIFFERENT product received from NEXTSKINAPPAREL?

No, NEXTSKINAPPAREL will ship your new/ordered item free of charge

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?

NEXTSKINAPPAREL ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer.NEXTSKINAPPAREL account offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online.If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order NEXT SKINAPPAREL must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected. NEXTSKINAPPAREL proud at the speed we ship                                                                                  

if we are not notified within an hour it is highly unlikely the correction can be made.   If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track.

Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information:

If you are shipping the package to an address you are not listed as a legal resident the package most likely will be returned to NEXTSKINAPPAREL as undeliverable. OUR courier will not deliver package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident.    As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address.  If you are shipping to a business the address must include the business name along with the customer's name so that the post, and courier most likely will  deliver the package. If your zip or postal code is not correct NEXTSKINAPPAREL is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. NEXTSKINAPPAREL is not responsible for any lost packages IF the address was incorrectly provided.  

If your package is returned to NEXTSKINAPPAREL,YOU HAVE TO PAY UPTO RS.100 FOR the package reshipped with basic service.  You can upgrade to other shipping method for an additional fees.

If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, NEXTSKINAPPAREL will only refund the merchandise charges when the package is returned to NEXTSKINAPPAREL AS NA COUPON, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded. 

What if I am unable to Locate my Delivered Package?

NEXTSKINAPPAREL needs to be contacted within 5 business days of the posted delivery date documented on the COURIER tracking systems.  

It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package.  If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact NEXTSKINAPPAREL immediately.

Your Order Confirmation supplied you with the delivery dates, and ability to track your package via the COURIER tracking systems.   

Failure to notify NEXTSKINAPPAREL ASAP because you are unable to locate your delivered package results in the lost / stolen package as your responsibility.  

All parcels are insured and there is a limited time frame to file a claim.  If we are beyond the claim time frame NEXTSKINAPPAREL is limited on the actions we can take.  Please note the shipping address MUST be correct to file a claim.
